We ship our orders from our Warehouse based in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

We aim to post your products the same day that you order. However, due to various potential factors, please allow up to 48 hours from when your order is received for posting to take place. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, no later than 5.00pm (AEST). Any orders received outside these times will be posted the following business day.
